When fully matured, it allows you to reach your human potential by taking full responsibility for your experiences, rather than blaming others.

By accepting responsibility for yourself, you naturally attract the right support. The throat chakra is linked to the fifth element, ether—the boundless space where all possibilities exist and from which the elements of earth, water, fire, and air both emerge and return.

Progressing from the heart chakra, the throat cultivates deeper detachment, allowing us to witness thoughts and feelings independently, leading to authentic creativity and the ‘power of now’. This stage enables us to live authentically, free from the need for external validation, and to express our essential being while completely bypassing the constructs of the ego.

At this level, the etheric template—a cobalt blue, oval-shaped subtle body extending up to 2.5 feet around the physical form—connects us directly to our soul’s higher will. It serves as the original cosmic blueprint from which the physical body originates. Expanding consciousness to align with this cobalt matrix awakens us to our spiritual nature and our unique, unfolding journeys. Recognising this and embodying its truth, rather than focusing solely on narrow physical healing, is key to our maturing sense of wholeness. Living in absolute alignment with the present frees us from circular ego-constructs and restrictions, ultimately expanding our potentiality and improving our overall well-being.
