The First Greater Sublimatio. The primary expansion into the Solar Awakening. This marks the First Greater Sublimatio—a successful alchemical ascent in which the higher state is sustained rather than fleeting. This operation is a purification by Air, liberating consciousness from the gravity of personal viewpoints and narrow identifications. Following the Androgynous Threshold, the instinctual self is elevated; the animal soul (the horses) is no longer tethered to earthly gravity but becomes a functional spiritual vehicle, rising towards the solar summit of Citrinitas.
THE VISION: A row of horses soars through the air in perfect formation. At the centre, a man sits atop Sophie, the symbol of Divine Wisdom. The movement is effortless and synchronised, reflecting a psyche that is no longer fragmented but unified in its upward trajectory. Centred on Sophie, the lone male Rider serves as the axis of a collective movement. This is the hallmark of the Greater Sublimatio: the instinctual forces are not suppressed but refined into a ‘Spiritual Chariot,’ enabling a stable, soaring expansion into the heights of the Transpersonal.
